Just changed my tires from Toyota OEM Toyo Proxes R50 to UC7. First impression these UC7 tires are very quiet, similar or even quieter than R50 when new, the R50 got very noisy after a year (at that time i only drove like 8,000+-km). Wet and dry grip is waaaaaaaaay better than R50 and felt much more confidence during cornering with higher speed on UC7.

Hopefully the current characteristics of these tires could last at least 2-3 years.

I just moved from Primacy 4 to UC7 (215/45R17). Result may vary depending on size. What I can say, both tayar are quite close. I bought UC7 with big CNY discount from Conti shop so it works out around rm244/piece (that's roughly RM200/pc cheaper compared to Primacy 4 at current market price!).

UC7 has low noise, very close to Primacy 4. Comfort-wise is close too, but Primacy 4 feels a bit plusher and more premium while UC7 is a bit sportier but still smooth. In wet, UC7 feels like in the dry and I got to test its hydroplane and it is very good. Though I feel Primacy 4 has slight edge (very small difference).

Primacy 4 can last 60k km (at least on my car and the way I drive), so I hope UC7 can last as long. Overall, I'm happy with UC7 as it can go toe-to-toe with Primacy 4. Recommended.

I'm not fond of the diamond logo but since the sidewall is low profile, the diamond is not that obvious
