Anybody have this problem?

Been gyming for 5 years and got quite a buffed up body but if I do any cardio I get jaded pretty quickly, like really crazy quickly.

Even attending a class of cardio may make me puke.

The two types of skeletal muscle fibers are slow-twitch (type I) and fast-twitch (type II). Slow-twitch muscle fibers support long distance endurance activities like marathon running, while fast-twitch muscle fibers support quick, powerful movements such as sprinting or weightlifting.

if you had never done any form of cardio obviously youll quickly get out of breath.

start with slow pace brisk walk, and slow increase the speed + distance.

Brisk walking or running 20 minutes per day can increase lung capacity and endurance
