update: new problem occur. audio device graph isolation high ram usage.
after they fail to fix by tweaking various settings, they call me to restore system image (which brings me back to w11 again) i denied bcz w11 is too lag for me. he then asked whats the solution i expect to have. i said refund. so now in the process of requesting refund. lastly i think their premium customer support is really good. ![]() |

Sometimes windows can have weird bugs with driver
My laptop used to have a memory leak, "Desktop Window Manager" ends up using like 4GB of ram Turns out was Intel iGPU driver bug, after updating to newer ones, it no longer happened. Maybe could try updating audio drivers? This post has been edited by PRSXFENG: Aug 31 2022, 07:36 PM |

QUOTE(PRSXFENG @ Aug 31 2022, 07:35 PM) Sometimes windows can have weird bugs with driver yeah i did. quite cringe to say, but i've encountered so many problems on previous laptops including this one and i got to the point that i usually reformat my laptop. My laptop used to have a memory leak, "Desktop Window Manager" ends up using like 4GB of ram Turns out was Intel iGPU driver bug, after updating to newer ones, it no longer happened. Maybe could try updating audio drivers? yup, reformatting did not fix the issue. |
