I think pasta not so hard to make. Just cook it at home. Really not worth the price eating pasta outside. I rather eat good char siew which is absolutely hard or impossible to make at home.

Authentic italian pasta is non halal, halal pasta can't be good or authentic.

Go watch Vincenzo plate in YouTube. Not that hard to make authentic pasta. Of course you can't cheap out in the olive oil. I recommend you use cobram estate or Pendleton.

Honestly I have followed some of his recipes and it's delicious, fast and simple to make.

Your wrong, Marco Pierre White 3 stars Michellin Stars Chef said, a recipe is more of a guideline not set in stone meaning you can still stay true to it's taste your way and he uses beef in his bolognese recipe so I don't know what your talking about.

Ragu may has different type and cut of meat, and wine is an essential ingredient in Italian cooking.

Cook can vary ingredients but once is far from original is no longer authentic.

People use apple juice and other type of stuff as an alternative. Clearly you have a problem with halal stuff lol. Marco uses cream in his carbonara which Italians frown upon, so according to your logic he is no longer authentic. But then again he is three stars michellin chef, you are not.
