I think pasta not so hard to make. Just cook it at home. Really not worth the price eating pasta outside. I rather eat good char siew which is absolutely hard or impossible to make at home. RalphRatedR liked this post

QUOTE(BaseMod @ Jul 19 2022, 03:41 AM) Go watch Vincenzo plate in YouTube. Not that hard to make authentic pasta. Of course you can't cheap out in the olive oil. I recommend you use cobram estate or Pendleton.Honestly I have followed some of his recipes and it's delicious, fast and simple to make. Ragu may has different type and cut of meat, and wine is an essential ingredient in Italian cooking.I know how to make them it's just I get too tired sometimes. Cook can vary ingredients but once is far from original is no longer authentic. This post has been edited by icemanfx: Aug 21 2022, 02:59 PM |

People use apple juice and other type of stuff as an alternative. Clearly you have a problem with halal stuff lol. Marco uses cream in his carbonara which Italians frown upon, so according to your logic he is no longer authentic. But then again he is three stars michellin chef, you are not. Cook can vary ingredients but once is far from original is no longer authentic. QUOTE(ifourtos @ Aug 21 2022, 03:01 PM) sure.
