a quick search on brickz show; most landed in bm price psf hardly cover replacement/construction cost or price rise has been below inflation rate.

As most bought poorperly with bank loan. price rise slower than loan interest and expenses incurred is financial losses. nominal price may be stagnant but real price is devalued.

What happen in us will not happen in Malaysia. Take the housing crisis 2008 as example, property price in US drop but price in Malaysia drop ? No !!!!!!!!

Cause some prop agent moron before tried to fcking scare people into buying sht prop with stupid can earn 200% next year. And I'm seeing same alarmist here. I got people I know that went deep sht into debt because of sht purchase following these gurus talk.

Landed are still on high demand now. It also proven it wont drop during bad times..worst s stagnant. Also there is a lot of cash buyers now.

For those gurus agents who keep encouraging others to buy, they will face their own karma. We can't control everything.

Agree it’s not a good comparison because USA economy is very big, diversified and different from Malaysia which is still a developing country where property and construction industry is still very big.
