i think you can start saving up for better glass and tripod
50mm f1.8 is a good start

Yep I'm planning on getting a decent 50mm and a tripod next year for my birthday.
I really wanna try long exposure, but yea, shaky hands and no image stabilization.

nice proton iriz series!!!

no need for tripod for now, try make urself a 'stringpod' instead. and keep shooting until u got a steady shooting habit.

highly recommend u to read Ken Rockwell's blog. he wrote lotsa great stuff bout photography.

Let me tell you, having a 80-200mm f4.5 lens just wouldn't cut it for indoor / lowlight photography.
