Welcome to online trading bro. Such people are normally seen and nothing to be surprised off.

For me, if confirmed deal, it is better to seek for other party consent to terminate the deal for the least.

Kinda true.

That is why i never sell high value items like desktop or laptop without security deposit since i practice just in time stock in take. If the buyer ffk me, i am in the hot soup.

I agree with that. If that concept is not implement, i will be in hot soup, but i do give maybe a chance or 2 before letting go the unit like sms twice or etc.

He has the right to offer.

Bottomline is, first come first serve. If want to reserve also, must have a fixed period, not forever like 3 days or 1 day. It is up to you.

It is not up to us to teach this kind of people what to do. Ask him WHEN he want to come n get it. Serious buyer should not have issue or answering those.

Many people can afford what they want to buy, but deliberate want to BUY CHEAP.

For me, as long as mutual agreement and no LAST MINUTE FFK, i am fine with those fellows who wish to ask, but i have cut back entertaining some desktop inquiries as it is wasting time to spend 30 minutes to check price, quote and plan only to be found out that at the end, people just choose the cheapest price(some of them difference by RM50 also cannot tolerate), even if they are building a RM5000 desktop.

This is the policy i have implemented and i have no regrets on it.

Heck, i won't even start assembling until deposit is inside my account or the deal is less than 3 hours away. Sometime, i even only start building the desktop when customer give the proof they are on the way provided they agree that they won't mind waiting. Sometime, these people are just too indecisive. Was wondering if i should be entertaining has been keep on changing their mind more than 5 times for PC specs. Tired of giving quotation.
