polis,bantuan have certain right but not full right.
as MALAYSIA IC is MALAYSIA gov property not our personal belonging.
even polis officer have limited power to hold our IC, with few condition apply.
Low rank officer cant even detain us without active crime or senior around.
If polis Officer is single person, he dont even have right to ask us question.
act is direct n simple but many dont understand.
