No parts inside are broken.

It just needs speed adjustment to slow it down a little.

Maybe it also needs lubrication service after 15 years.

One of the old timers who is recommend online to service (maybe refurbish) watches is Steven of Wah Foong in Jalan Raja Laut (near Chow Kit).

Personally, have not used his services but have KIV his shop in case there is a need for his services.

I got one too, father gibe in 1982, works if shake it, 21 jewels, no need service. Have more seikos after that, just put in box and bury with me when I go.
