Why are my oysters brown?
This is a result of the food the oyster eats, there is nothing wrong with the product. Oysters feed on micro algae and the colour of that algae can show in the oyster. Algae food species are generally green, brown, or golden brown. There are many other colours but these are the primary ones. only way to know it's rot....is...eat it, or smell it. |

Lol i look at how they treat the oyster, already wanna faint.why rinse in hot water? and put chili sauce. and sprinkle ice on it....ice itself is so dirty.... ice should be put bottom, not on top... really 'delicacy' |
