Quite difficult to be specialist nowadays with so many grads. They probably play their cards right. Some of those grad from good uni after slogging few years also can't get into specialist training, end up being GP earning less than aesthetic... Or they may decide to join aesthetics . Meanwhile those who quit and play the aesthetics game earlier will alrdy have a lot of experience and moolah .

That how private make money. Charge everthing but doc took flat rate. Different conpared gomen doc that paid for surgeries/procedyure on top basic job
