Some people MIGHT have that concern but it wont distrupt the price. Very odd i would say.
What majority of the buyers will care are what most people concerns when buying the house.
Land title.
Facilities
Prices
Development
Locations
And so on.
Used to stay live and work in cyberjaya for more than 10 years. I would mark this place as part of cyberjaya in whichevery way you would like to put to. Mukim dengkil la, postcode langat la...
It is cyberjaya.
This area used to be very isolated with Vega residensi was the first residential being build and failed to complete within time i think exceeded 3 or 5 years..with Qcell factory if im not mistaken... bear in mind vega residensi is extremely close with MMU maybe less than 3 mins of driving.
Changed the area naming as taman sains selangor 2...then raudhah city then now dunno what la..
Then all these setia and other developer coming in then we can see some proper development in this area with better connectivity and exits to highways
In my honest opinion the only problem at this area is surplus of supplies. People are spoilt with choices and some might even took those subsale houses instead..
