Still very curious about Chan Sow Lin area with all the recent VPs - Trions and One Residence etc.

Seems like demand is still relatively lacking unless it’s Airbnb. Or maybe that’s the turn off for people considering staying there long term.

You made my point for me. Christmas season and Trion 1 allows Airbnb and there’s some viral articles about the occupancy rate. I know it’s your job to put out fires but be objective.

trion 1 commercials are supported by the airbnb activities there and this makes the whole building looks more vibrant now and the business there able to survive... wondering will there be commercial lots at kl48 and trion 2 otherwise its really inconvenient to stay there when within walking distance have nothing much...

Actually i did make one booking with Najibaik and the refund was received within two weeks. Guess that's the advantages to make booking directly with developer staff
