Wah already 70% ya..last few weeks probably around 50% only as block B just launched. I beleive those unit facing klcc probably sold out already.

May i know why this project Developer apply development period from 36 to 48 months??

Luckily Booked during old price and LO already out this week. Set to sign next week. 
not sign yet already made 30k ROI.. hahahaha

Hi!  Can someone pls share how much is the price increased for KL 48 effective Nov 1st?

SA explained to me they just changed in package and increased about 2k to 3k only for 2BR, not 30k increased.  To my knowledge, before Nov 1st, there is 8% rebate and the price now is 10% rebate.  Thought 10% rebate suppose to be cheaper, did they increase the SPA price of the unit across the board?  SA also mention now cover loan stamp duty and previously not.  A bit blur.

He quote me 2BR nett price for unit at 17th floor just reopen is now 480+k after rebate.  Is this increased how much?

Developer just playing with numbers only. Sure will profit anyway.
Use common sense if sell so well, they don't need to offer 10% rebate.
If it's 10% probably qualify for iMiliki free MOT stamp duty for 1st time buyer.
Ask developer if this project qualify for iMiliki program by government.

Struggling with the sub structure works?

This is not normal, too slow ady. Do you have any insight who will take over the main contractor job for structural works? since KP already pull out which is a very terrible news for buyers

Do you know when was the 1st batch of S&P signed?

Please share if you have any insider news on which contractor will work on the structural part.
