If you say for the floor unit 3-4floors per month yes it's fast but relatively achievable by many developer if they want.
But this includes carpark, transfer slab, MEP and Facade and lain lain lagi
That's very fast hahaha

some developer slow progress part of the reason due to bad sales hence no funds from bank to pay contractor
For this project I think foundation was done prior official launching that's why progress is much faster

Also mainly because the china main con, not sure what tech or skill they use, really build very fast
Facilities level those trees already planted.

I think now waiting for connecting water and TNB plus paving road

Since the whole Chan Sow Lin only got 4 condo including KL48, not really jamming now.

Mercure Hotel, Trion 1 Airbnb mostly are tourists, they not driving.

The other 2 condos Trion 2 & One Residence are low density, traffic still smooth for now

But when KL48 VP, traffic sure very syok brows.gif
