Recently I bought a skincare product from StrawberryNet on Lazada and it turns out that the product was manufactured in 2017 Apr. Meaning it's already expired because the shelf life is 36 Months only. I tried to contact the seller but they just ignored my messages.

This kind of irresponsible seller should not have been classified as LazMall on Lazada. So if you're thinking to buy anything from them, be cautious.

the reason you get such good pricing from strawberrynet is because they sell overstocked, unboxed or clearance items. look up the seller background before buying luxury items next time.

Certain things must ask about manufacturing date. I kena engine oil more that 6 years old before.

Why you no ask the expiry date like I ask my buyers first , before I buy . I ask shopee supermarket , what is the expiry date . THE STUPID ANSWER they give me is " I don't know " BODOH in 1st class

StrawberryNET is not official store tu, they won't entertain u even u complaint and they will not get punished by Brand principal as well.

I suggest just buy from official store, but cheapskate will go to StrawberryNET jer sebab murah, that's why it comes at a cost of bad service.

You can return the item & file a complaint in Lazada. Probably lazada will give you a voucher too.

yes been buying from Zalora but they no longer carry the product. no choice but had to turn to Lazada/Shopee and StrawberryNet was the only retailer for that product.

actually most of the time the CS wouldn't be able to answer when is the exp date. They would just give some standard answers "unable to determine due to stocks coming from several batches/sources... bla bla" even with Official Store.

Official store at least they would commit to replace/refund etc, believe it is more of a mistake rather than on purpose to ship expiry products unless stated differently in the product description. But for Strawberry it is what it is, they only have these short expiry/expired products.

Got, just that the UI is hidden or trigger differently between mobile app vs PC. for lazada, other than buy item, all the after-purchase function i would rekemen do it on PC.

As long as u dokumen/video every unbox/return items you will get refunded in full. Rajin follow-up is key. So far all my refund settled in full even after dispute.
