I'm sure my tenants considered pretty tame, but here are my experiences:
1. woken up at AM time by tenant's loud moaning when she brought her BF over. Happened few times. Once was thumping of bathroom door + moaning, plus entire time water running for nearly 1 hour.
2. another tenant more recently, boh-song because I told her to self-quarantine somewhere else for 7 days after she kena close contact. Some people might say I am an asshole, but I did it to protect my elderly father and unvacced baby. But I did credit her back 1/2 month rent for the hassle.
