My worse is tenant delay rental je, plan to curi curi move out, everytime give many excuses, so I did house inspection, everytime no ppl, checkmate em secure the unit when really no ppl in the house
Guai guai go find his mother for $$$ pay rental etcs then only I allowed move out everything

Next tenant, Malay also so far so good 👍

Best tenant I got so far is Indian, rental always on time but no idea why he rent my place....coz I monitor utilities like hardly ppl in the house

So cannot really simply single out race as bad tenants, but can always mitigate risks the usual, regular monitor and unit inspection
