Got other issues but as long as it was solved, I didnt want to pursue.

1) they rented an extra parking lot, and didnt pay. Management called me for help to tell them nicely to pay or to vacate. I spoke to them, they paid and vacated the lot since they cant afford extra car and extra parking. So it wasnt really a problem with me.

2) they delay rental for a few months saying that their other tenant paying them late (they have a house that they rent to other tenant in another state). I said thats not my problem i need u to pay promptly before 3rd and show me the bank in receipt. They obliged and case closed

3) damaged the pipe and i asked them to settle themselves

4) damaged my cooking stove and asked my help. I helped to go replace, coz they had to cook for family gathering. By right they should buy n replace (the whole glass top shattered)

Not that i want to berkira but dont buat taik la

Now i wanna sell and get potential buyer to view the unit, everything messy.

The management told me their prayer altar also just left there.
