To join our development team, we're seeking for an enthusiastic Technical Project Manager. You will report to the Solution Manager and will assist the Project Manager and development team in delivering the solutions. The creation and/or deployment of specific solutions will be your primary emphasis.

As a Project Manager, you should have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, an understanding of multiple frameworks and systems design, and expertise in software development, databases, and infrastructures . In addition, the ability to swiftly master new technology and advice clients on best practices is necessary.

Experience:
-Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
-Minimum 4 years of development experience within Microsoft Technologies, in C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, HTML, and JavaScript
-Solid understanding of Services-Oriented Architecture is a plus
-Strong advocate of disciplined software development using Agile methodology
-Solid understanding and experience with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes
-Understanding of the release management and software development lifecycles
-Strong skills and knowledge of relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server
-Excellent in impact-analysis and root cause analysis.
-Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to anticipate and avoid problems.
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate with internal and external operation/management teams, as well as stakeholder team, is a plus.
-Experience in managing multiple vendors and local authorities is an added advantage.
-Ability to prepare and present project progress updates to top management .
-Experience in handling multiple and concurrent technical projects including planning, monitoring and reporting.
-Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of Software Developers, provide technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and peers
-Manage multiple projects. Be a single point of contact/ownership on the delivery of the projects.
-Provide periodical updates to the reporting manager on the progress of the project and client communication.
-Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.
-Coordinate with client and team members and ensure there are no gaps in understanding the requirements.
-Calibrate closely with client to establish release schedules and business requirements; estimate release schedules and monitor the progress of all aspects of the development
-Participate in design discussions. Offer technical and functional suggestions for enhancing the application.
-Lead Effective Meetings and conduct technical interviews
-Create Project Plans. Publish status reports. Keep track of the team effort and timesheets.

Academic Qualifications:
-Diploma or Degree in related IT fields, preferably in computer sciences, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent
-Certified in ITIL, Cloud Practitioner, TOGAF, etc. is an advantage.
