New persona better driving experience, currently driving persona 2019 exec. CVT need times to adapt but tried my GF's 2022 persona much better response, 16inch tyre and got eco mode etc. Only complaint is it use fabric seat and the HU angle is bad imo, also if exec they give u thai tyre if not mistaken.

Warranty also one issue, just claimed my side mirror warranty after waiting since last Nov 2021. Next gonna claim mounting warranty too, just waiting parts to sampai

They don't rollback themselves. But the previous owner/persons can always rollback before bringing it in to them. Their terms and conditions strictly says that they do not warrant for true mileage.

Carsome & mytukar depends a lot on the inspector individual itself. If the inspector is careful, they will have a lot in their report. If the inspector cincai, you also pening when you collect the car. A lot of times they didn't catch if the car was in a previous accident

Dear all, as the title goes, is the 2019 Persona Premium (around RM42k +-, mileage less than 15000km) still worth to buy in 2022? Wanted to get a second hand but not too old car. Currently in dilemma as the new 2022 Persona Exec cost around 51k OTR. Would it be a better choice to get the new car rather than the used? (in my defense, getting used car is becaus depreciate also x sakit hati haha)

TIA for the advices  notworthy.gif

Should be engine mounting, my friend also changed under warranty. No more vibrating stering.
Mine still waiting for parts to arrive.
BTW just did my 30k service yesterday, change R3 fully and R3 filter. The driving feel more smooth compared to previous Petronas fully.

But TBH, a lot of industries are affected by covid shipments delay. So might be beyond control, for me 50K+- I will choose persona anyday haha.

I've own a Persona Premium 2019 back in MCO3.0, brought this car at 50k (partly also SST and car# plate booking). I do agree that CVT response is a bit slow (1sec delay) upon I pressed on the accelerator comparing my ExoraCFE CVT which gives immediate response.
I just wonder if Proton able to remap the Persona2019 ECU to Persona2022 for better CVT response?

i bought used persona at mytukar.. still got warranty plus warranty from mytukar.. the price is half of the new car .. interest rate 3.3% only not as high as other used car dealership.. i think buy used from mytukar or carsome is more worth it because more guaranteed and interest is low because bank more confident in the car condition..

3.3% is a good rate for a local car, 2nd hand somemore. it very close to the rate of local new car, no? surprised me mytukar still have the principal warranty intact.
carsome always say no, regardless of car year.

Wah. I know rates are lower but really damm low lol.
I personally feel persona is a good car/option. Though I have not test or driven it before. It’s bang for value.

For that price, it’s really a steal.
