1. the other teams during that period were that bad and they didnt expect a team like mu's budget to play counter every single game. (can see after 1 season it doesnt work anymore)

2. we didnt have maguire, awb, bruno that time. the players thought you just need to step up to get to starting 11. these days u just need to be british. also one of the seasons that pogba shows up more than shying away

Ole is tactical clueless but cant deny he able to inspire ppl. Rr banyak tactic but cannot inspire. There is a reason rr won almost nothing before join us. Meanwhile all his students winning here and there because they have both skillets
