Hi Broadband sifus, I suddenly kena email today without touching anything that tomorrow TM want to come and pasang for me unifi? I'm currently on unifi lite as area no port and I didn't bother to put myself in the waiting list also.

I called and asked and they said you can take it or reject it when the installers come. Best part is, the CS said it's not an upgrade to my existing unifi lite, it's a new installation.

Which means now i'll have both unifi and unifi lite. The worst part is, the order just happened today morning???

i m existing customer 500mbps 169+30 aneka tv end contract d. yesterday went tm point hey offer 500mbps rm179 free 6 monthh + free mesh wifi n router wifi 6. worth it ? or anybody got better offer ?

Tm is the culprit who delays implementation of the MSAP.

Lion city all the ISPs are using the same fibre infrastructure provided by this company called netlink trust, which it is an initiative by gahment to get all household connected with fibre.

All the ISPs are paying monthly rental to offer services to their customers.

I will prefer RM 69 without B40 for 30M, RM 89 for 50M, not something that reset to RM 89 after 2 years...

Hi guys, need some recommendations. I am planning to subscribe for broadband, basically only going to use it for regular netflix streaming and some video conference, at most 2 users in the house.

Wanted to go for Time 100Mbps but it is not available at my condo, looking at Unifi 30Mbps.

Just wondering 30Mbps is ok for my usage?

Hi people. Currently paying RM350 for 800mbps internet. Saw that now Unifi got some pricing change. My 2 years contract should end by the end of this month.

So how do I change my plan to something cheaper? I don't use the unifi tv.

They're bumping it to 300mbps package for rm30 more plus free tv box!

For the first year they'll give 500mbps free.

Unifi called..currently i'm on RM 129 for 100MBPs package.
they want to upgrade my speed to 300MBPS for additional RM 20 per month (RM 149) plus free new router and unifi box.
24-months contract of course.
But the interesting part is they said will waive off my bill  TOTALLY for the 2nd-6th months.. means free usage for 5 months.. i confirmed a few times what he said and he reaffirms it... what's the catch on this?

Tm terminate my house phone they say no longer support copper line. If I still want landline have to subscribe to unifi. So I take 30mbps. Today tm contractor come to my house. They say my house non standard installation. They charge me 60 for 10 meter. They say 1 tiang 40 meter. I thought outside of my house I no need pay. 1 tiang to another tiang is non standard installation,,?

If my father is unsuccessful to negotiate to the swu3.0 plan do you guys think I will at least get a auto speed upgrade in September??
These prices already inclusive of tax??
