Yes los on red, was ok then sudden turn red.
Now im looking around if broken cable but not seems broken.

Never seen los turn red before, just pure offlight on voip

and it might not be at your end

mine LOS red light before, it was at the other end, at the box....need to call the installer to come
or complain TM

my internet and call also just now at 2PM....no LOS red light but power on router and TEL1 is blinking

You also sabah kk kan, i ask my friend, he said his kilang maxis also drop. Mine start around 2+ and i notice 4g suddenly lag as hell so i guess whole zone affected.

It means your signal interrupted. It could anything from the other end all the way to your BTU. Cannot be that it's your BTU suddenly popped a vein, right?

Call helpline. Nothing that you can do. Unlikely that you somehow crippled fibre cables within your reach or damaged the BTU.

Cause april the agent come check said my cable was in very good shape.

started to go down at 2PM until now
helpline can't resolve it and had the worst CS experience ever rclxub.gif
my data no issue, i'm using unifi mobile

Hi guys
need some information

I am Unifi fibre home user (300mbps)
my 2 years contract is ending soon

so of course, the unifi "offers" has started pouring in

the first one, is "free" Disney Hotstar subscription for 24 months
no prize for guessing that it comes with a renewal of Unifi contract for 24 months as well

I just ignore

then come second "offer"
a free upgrade to Wifi 6 router
again, come with a renewal of Unifi contract for 24 months

to be honest, I am thinking of switching to Maxis home fibers as the cost is lower and I dont use the Unifi TV at all

so my question, does having a unifi coverage automatically mean Maxis coverage as well?
from my understanding from long time ago, it use same infrastructure

yes, HSBB is vendor-agnostic government-owned and government-sponsored.

TM only manage it.
Unifi Maxis Digi Celcom etc also can serve you through HSBB.

add:
aannnnnnd, make sure you get advise on how to switch proper without losing your existing port in the process. me not experienced though.

TM is committed to solve customers’ complaints regarding internet connectivity issues
within twenty-four (24) hours. In the event the restoration is more than 24 hours, the
Customer is eligible to redeem one (1) bill rebate of RM50 for every complaint of the same
incident (same report number). This redemption activity starts on 30 November 2021.

I keep get page no respond for near 1hr and start queue it list 9 but took 20min reach the first respond
