Yeah everything from playstore can be installed. But no Netflix there coz not certified.

Received  call from TM telemarketing team, they said they will send my unifi plus box via courrier but not sure either hybrid or non hybrid version. Further more, box warranty is 1 year and contract extension 2 years.

My current package RM159 (800mbps + ultimate pack and unlimited calls remains) but just need to extend the contract for 2 years. Box is free no extra charge.

My questions to them;”:-

A) I ask TM what happens if box is spoilt after 12months? They Can’t provide any answer.

B) I want confirmation that I only want hybrid box. They can’t provide confirmation as the box will be courrier to your address and need to do self installation. If you want TM to come and install, must pay RM80.

Finally I told then to get their manager to call and talk to me as I need clarification on both points above .

I haven't get 300Mbps yet, so I also not sure whether get Public IP or Private IP.
And anyone could know what IP address will are Public or Private IP. Current my one is 60.53.xx.xxx for 100Mbps.

It won't work on using wireless WiFi connection?

Can someone enlighten me for TM to install Fiber in my upper floor bedroom, basically they will pull a wire from the pole and clip the wire along my walls on the balcony, come in through a floor gap on out balcony to bedroom door (this was the way the old copper came in), and then clip it some more on the wall until it reaches area where I want to place the BTU Modem, then they will make the small box thing- attached box to the wall and bring out the smaller blue / yellow wires out to connect with the BTU modem?

We have a ethernet cable that runs through a sealed pipe from upstairs to downstairs but I don't suppose we can insert anything into this pipe anymore right?

In future if we want to migrate the modem/router location to downstair, we only can connect the BTU upstair with the ethernet that runs via the pipe to downstairs and bring a router downstairs, connect to it. That's the only way? ie. There is no practical value of installing the BTU downstairs?

What can i do with these unused items ? Sell it ,

How come your screenshot shows this another UI way to presentation, with the appended sentences? The one I accessed in the Unifi Portal at home/selfcare.unifi.com.my it shows something like this for a Order Request:-


This was supposed to be the same RRB MTU offer processing, it actually stands for Riang Raya something, Migrate To Unifi as you said RM69 Perpetually, however this Request Order was done by an agent who promised the RRB MTU offer to migrate Streamyx (Unifi Lite) to Unifi30mbps RM69 perpetually under this RRB MTU Offer, but the order request was keyed in with another set of plan without customer knowledge which is NOT the RRB MTU 69 perpertual plan.

Basically this order shows that the plan is contracted for 24 months against early termination, with the RM20 discount (RM69) only lasting for 12 months isnt it?

Can anyone elaborate what are those major abbrev in the order?

promo discount is for 24 months only, 25 months onwards need pay the normal price RM89

The other forummer @Pica888 who got Perpetual 69 said his Order Sheet same as mine too with 24 months contract, 12 months promo duration. Just that during his Live Chat they confirmed Perpetual,and his Unifi Portal under Activities showed a series of "logs" showing the exact Promo short code, possibly internal usage jargons, it does say Perpetual 69, but the log disappear shortly after and all he had is the screenshot he took to proof the Perpetual.

that one is always the same result as okla one.

it just not reskin.. the speedtest result also shows up in their system if using their link for speedtest.

u got the SWU promo? how did you get it?
i actually have the transfer request id from DiGi but i did not submit to unifi yet. That day unifi agent called i did not manage to answer the call.
am planning to go to tm point on this sunday to see if they can offer me the promo.

besides, i tot SWU only offer 300Mbps plan at rm129. They do give free upgrade to 300Mbps plus 6 months free? that's very good offer.
