until now i read many time also don undersatnd many say cannot remove tv pack
i report again in short my old copper plan unifi non fibre 30mbps + ruby pack RM 119 end of 2021 my flat got fibre, i request upgrade plan to 100mbps unifi 100Mbps - Speed Upgrade (Broadband) RM 129 TM point staff don even tell me i will loose tv pack, until i cannot log in unifi tv app on phone, and TM keep spam me sms redeem i qi yi app come with ruby pack, but i got charge on bill after i follow link on SMS why remove tv pack no tell me now my old tv box only can play free channel but read here keep saw TM now allow remove tv pack |
