And with power of IPv6, no need punch hole, just ensure you got good tracker to support broadcasting your IPv6.

For public IPv4, it is just for cool/frozen seed, hot seed no need, as there is always people with public IP, or TM peer with IPv6 lol.

As you will be paying less so it is a downgrade and they won't give it to you.

if today  your 100mbps    is fine with your usage  then also no point upgrade to 300mbps.
so maybe wait till Sept  new plans  and decide.

a few years ago the 129rm plan came with 100mbps and a Ruby tv pack.
