Added on October 19, 2007, 5:52 pmat last i found YY Pang shop. haha i asked about spitfire plug, but he told me its not suitable for kapcai. he recommended me NGK platinum. is this plug good?
*

[/quote]

haha .... no good ? you test 1st friend. you know his shop cannot sell other brands that he sign contract? example he is motul dealer.. so cannot sell other brands in the shop... can get sue from conpany ! His shop is not spare part shop like normal shops in sentul or else where.

split fire is good... fast respond gain from high Rev... you can ask forumer like cheenjeat008 . We meet one time, and we talked so much about bikes. you can PM him and ask him personally about split fire. icon_rolleyes.gif

from my experience ... i can tell you that .. split fire is much more better than G-power (PLATINUM) !!! whistling.gif

please buy the 2 plugs and try yourself. you can experiment and see which is better. Sometimes you wont learn by listening to people.... must try your own !

pass few day when i went to sentul motor shop, i saw the worker is installing sport rim and i saw he pour one bottle liquid into sport rim.

wats is that??? n how much??
*
that liquid is incase the tyre prevent any air lost due to nails, and sudden temperature increase or decrease when riding. The liquid is not that expensive... last time i buy for used in tube tyre was around RM 25. Now i dont know how much.

yup correct. but once you open up the tyre you need to apply again the liquid. So best is just use tubeless

What's da liquid name?Sound interesting to me, I'd heard bout it long time ago which peeps put it in car tires, btw how's good n reliable the tire with & without tube within...Sorry I'm really a noob in diz mechanical thingy sweat.gif

I'm a long distance rider which spec is recommended in those two notworthy.gif
*
if you are a long distance rider... i do recommend that you use sport rims. NO need to use those liquid... waste money only.

about the liquid... it is act as a hole seal when you get any nail on your tyre. it will seal the hole and prevent air lost.

Yosh thank you for da advise bro, umm2 i'm currently using a LC sport rims 18inch wiv FKR 80/90 F&R but i'm still using a tube within it. My friend said that u no need da tube as u r using da sport rims which's can be converted to da tubeless tire wiv it.

How's good with or without da tube one, is there any consequences lies within bro?
*
yes... you dont need to use other rims... your rims can easily convert to tubeless... even without using any of those liquid! You just need to change to tubeless tyres !

i just change my clutch pad not more than 3 months, now already soft.  rclxub.gif want to make it harder again when overhaul my top part of engine
*
my friend... your clutch plate never soft... and it will last you at least 2 years depends on how you use your bike. The thing that makes you feel soft when you shift your gears is your clutch's springs ! thats all...

clutch respond faster when use kind of spring. wink.gif

edited: by the way, you dont need to overhaul your top engine part. Just take to the shop and they will open the right hand side of the engine cover and change the springs. Workmanship is around Rm 10-20.
Spring cost you around RM 10-100 depends on quality.

I dont know about UMA racing, because i havent tried it before. I m still using my racing springs that i cant get it anymore in Malaysia. Still very good condition after almost 5 years now ! believe it or not.. brows.gif

THere is definetly some improvement when changing the spring to harder ones. If you really want to feels the different in total... you must do something with your gearbox ! then you will know gear 3 also you can wheelie or even gear 4 !

weird..... why manual car has higher top speed than automatic car? bike pula different? hahahaha
*
for your knowledge, our bikes are not fully manual. it is semi-automatic only ! You want to convery your bike to fully manual ? hehe

advatage: Direct power to your final gear ratios. Power gain more because it is lighter now. (legal for track bikes and drag bikes modification). Less moving parts in the engine resulting more power too because it will eliminate your auto-clutch system. More power ... you can lower down your final gear ratio and get a better top speed.

disadvantage: police will stop you ! once they spotted there is a clutch system in your bike (EX5 or any other bikes that doenst have clutch). your crankshaft might broken into two pieces (possible.. depends on how powerful your want your bike to be) because there will be NO tolerence of power to your final gear ratio.

xenon koh... you are really interested ? hehe... i can help you modify(wait next year i come back 1st). But on your own responsiblities if there is road blocks and you are caught. whistling.gif

*total $$ need to spend is around RM 300 (material only). Labour fee ? i dont know.. because i do my own.. hehe.
clutch system set RM 150, cutting and welding is around 100... use ARGON welding only please ! (for safety) !!!!! or better kinds of welding , best is titanium welding (i dont know where to get in Malaysia)

you need to do welding because once you take out the auto-clutch... the crankshaft wont be balanced ! so you need to weld something ... whistling.gif

if you dont want to weld... then you need to change the WHOLE magneto system (racing spec) to balance up the left and right side. Then you dont need to do welding. ***if you ever use racing magneto... my goodness i could say the power is crazy... how much is the racing magneto ? last time... was RM 3 K like that.
You can ask NSK in sentul how much.

ALL this modification is highly illegal on the roads ! only legal on tracks .
That all guys... cheers , happy riding wink.gif

maybe if cannot recon their faces... take down their motor number. even though the number plate is false. it might help some people in the future ... so we can take note of the motor when we see..

maybe can report to police... if the plate is false one.. then the police will take note of the motor when got road block.

tachnometer ? you can buy the tachomater from racing boy.... i have one on my bike also... but the respond of showing the reading will be lagging a bit. But it doesnt matter much for me as i want to know how much i can hit when i m on 13K RPM on my EX5.

maybe you can try to use the car type one. The cheap one that you can find in notmal shops. brand name "auto gauge".

my brother told me that car ones (auto gouge) is not suitable for motorcycle because the tachomter is for 4 cyclinder engines. So have to look proprely. Thats why i bought the one special for bike (racing boy)

and about car ones... is not enough for me.. the reading max i can find is only 10-12K RPM. (disadvantage)

any master 'Sifu' about bikes can motivate or give advice here ? Thank you .... notworthy.gif

**edited= The wiring for the tachometer is very very easy to do... thumbup.gif
