ops wrong, I tot shell sx is semi. Cause shell 4T oil goes like these:-

1) Shell Advance S (Lower)
2) Shell Advance SX (middle)
3) Shell Advance VSX (higher)

so i tot, S for mineral, sx semi and VSX syn. Lol. Only then I realize u mentime fully syn oil price about Rm50.00 So cannot be VSX is fully syn oil.

Please check your Wave100 manual, it does mentioned about the spark plug size and type (cold or hot type). However, bike Iridium can't last as long as car Iridium. The Denso I bought can last 25,000km only.


It depends on brand. I've tried a few:
1) Esso 15W-40 - RM39
2) Hi-Rev 15W-40 - RM42
3) Royal Purple 10W-40 - RM34.

So far Royal Purple gave me the best results --> very good engine warm up, smooth ride and no clutch slip.

now there is 3 type of honda wave currently available in malaysia

Wave 100/Wave 100R

the common wave 100 tat always saw on the road loh
just only between the difference of wave 100R and wave 100
wave 100R got a feature of front discbrake while wave 100 front is just a normal drum brake lining
if u're on budget than this will be ur choice , easy maintain and quite speedy if u noe how to mod and maintain the bike

Wave 125 S

wave 125S this is the first motor in malaysia - i think that come out with better security lock ignition
can say the most comfortable wave i ever ride(my fren lend me ride 1 time)
gear shifting , engine , suspension everything will make u feel amaze at tat bike
but of course 25cc more than wave 100 will be expensive abit...

Iridium also same size as original. Just tell the shop you have a Wave and need a matching size.
Yea my area got full synthetic, but when your engine is full warm up, mineral, semi or full oso performed similarly. I always travel short distance, that's why need a real good full synthetic to provide good warm up.
