If there is a clause then i have no choice but to take it, if there is a no clause then i have the right to reject or just to walk out from the store if they insist

I am using it. Been a month. So far so good and get to use with touch button.

encountered once after 2 month (when IOS 15.4). Now running IOS 15.5, so far none

Thanks man. Didn’t know there was an update. just checked out the 15.5 update notes and it mentioned that it fixes the random shutdown software bug.

Just bought used SE 2022 128GB at CompAsia website for RM1699.

Pro : Battery health 100%, no scratch/dent, like new and Official Warranty until 30 March 2023.

Cons : No original box, no original cable (usb-c to lightning) and no receipt from previous owner.

Now the question, can claim official warranty without ori box?

Can. For Apple products, all you need is the phone. Don't even need receipt because they can check the warranty validity date online based on IMEI or serial number.

advice to check online on apple support. if it say march 2023. then you're fine.
