Not sure it is real or fake from Chuaboy.

Anyway, if you have the evidence, I think you can make a police report and sue the car dealer through consumer tribunal.

Send outside mechanic only. Normally Less than 40k or get discount from Brother Bobby Ang workshop.

I bought mine at Sincere Automotive Sdn Bhd (Ampang) - Google them up. Totally not sincere at all.

It’s a 2014 car and he claimed that it was still under warranty. Mileage also within the warranty period so I believed him.

Get confirmation from BMW in black and white, then proceed to sue the dealer lah. Can afford 2nd hand bimmer (topkek) but can't afford lawyers? laugh.gif

Only a fool would believe that a 2014 car mileage is only 30k

On average, malaysia drive between 20k to 30k km a year

A 2014 car would have clocked at least 100k to 120k

If the owner constantly travelling on the highway for balik kampong etc, to enjoy the car, the mileage is close to 200k

He should sue the seller in the consumer claim tribunal or small claims court for fraud

Ask BMW to give the service record

Wonder if u get the whole conversation with the dealer on video camera, bought the car and proved he's lying. Can file a police report or not?
