A 2014 car would have clocked at least 100k to 120k

If the owner constantly travelling on the highway for balik kampong etc, to enjoy the car, the mileage is close to 200k

He should sue the seller in the consumer claim tribunal or small claims court for fraud

Ask BMW to give the service record

Wonder if u get the whole conversation with the dealer on video camera, bought the car and proved he's lying. Can file a police report or not?

Calm down and find a 3rd party bmw specialist. Maybe it’ll cost a fraction of 40k. But 2014 car should’ve been past warranty a long time ago, regardless of mileage no?
