In Bursa, Warrants can be issued by 1) Company..this one has W at the back. They are calls, usually American option and physical delivery 2) Banks, this one has C for Calls and H for puts. They are all European option and cash settled. Warrants are basically Options which has been securitized and unitized, so that Equities investor can trade easily. However the writer of the warrant's can only be the Company or the Banks. |

thanks... however, when you say "company", means the parent company right?
so Exercising warrants is dilutive to existing shareholders would be true for "company issued" warrants |
