how is the app experience so far? ok or better than SA?

Hi how long does it take to register account for KDI? It's been two weeks since they requested extra information like main source of funds etc via email. My application status still shows as pending in my phone app as of now..

Received this email. But i don't encountered the problem you guys faced. Also deposited some money earlier this week. All normal.
