bricklink.com is definitely the place to go. there's many stores to choose from even in Malaysia.

I always buy from one of them to complete my custom lego projects. thank god they exist or else my project would go nowhere!

have fun!

I usually very picky when using bricklink and keep my items in cart for months before finally checking out and commit to buy. This is becoz I am very specific on the exact parts I want to complete my projects (hopefully can 1 bird 3 stones). Thats the best part , they remembered your orders.

Sometimes waiting a bit longer the shop can restock the parts I needed. But the risk is that the price of others parts might change (eg. from 50% discount to 40%), or no longer in stock.

One funny thing happened yesterday morning around 8am where I finalizing my order (after 3 months!) . As I do so... some of the parts become "no longer in stock" when I refresh the cart to get the updated price . I think that shop's staff must have started doing their job fulfilling orders by other customers who have paid. So I quickly checkout and make my payment to secure my order. lol.

Hi all, just dropping in. Am not a LEGO guy but my wife been specifically eyeing one of the Hogwart's castle sets - is shopee/lazada good to go for purchase or should I be going for something else (mighty utan seems to not have the set she looking for)

EDIT: Also FB marketplace seems to have a few NIB sellers - anyone got experience (bad or good) for purchasing there? How do I identify fake sets?
