is it normal that samsung takes too long to prepare for dispatch? i ordered watch classic 46mm since last thur for store pick up but still pending

Did you go physical store to try it on your hand? I did that before I got the voucher because I really aim for that. 44mm more suitable for my arm size.
Now not anymore, as they improvising by stating 3-4weeks for shipping and unlimited stock to redeem. Maybe got inner news spread to Samsung and made them do that.  HECK even the silicone case is up now.

I don't see it as an issue. If don't wear mask, use face recognition, if wear mask, use thumbprint. I guess it's an issue since Apple just recently launch iOS 15.4 that can detect face recognition while wearing mask (iPhone 12 above only) bcos they don't use thumbprint anymore. Maybe eventually Android might follow suit (unless it's patented) but for now it's cool for me.

You are still trying to get the status of your phone case for the order on 8 March? I just checked mine, also ordered phone cases on 8 March, items were dispatched. Already got DHL tracking code. DHL already collected parcel at 1am today.

I use PC, go to my product and select live chat beside my S22. From there, I had similar message saying they are busy, but never ended my chat. And the service is 24 hours. One time I message them at 1am, still respond.

At the end, they ask to use UV light type of protector, did you all use this type?
