Those bought with maxis or any telco, telco mention Samsung will ship our pen separately,  but I check in my account in Samsung on9 website, there is no order created on backlog, how they gonna know where to send it? Haha since we don't have shipping address in SOS, I can only see my 800 bucks order in there, nthg on the pen.....

Anybody registered their warranty using the SOS site? I received sms my warranty started when I received the phone, but in SOS its not even registered, their system is very chaotic

Samsung CS told me the way u got your phone, is the way you will get the delayed accessories, so need to contact maxis again, haha

Okay got a call from maxis on my complaint of not getting preorder gifts and rm800 voucher...it has been declined as they insist that the preorder had been sold out and I was 1hr late from the last preorder gift phone purchase on 11feb...disappointed and frustrated as i thiught of using voucher for wireless chargers..., just gonna use my roi voucher now but dunno what to get... I just need a charger but they just don't have in online store....

RM 200 ROI voucher can apply on Samsung main E-Store page. (not necessary gotta be "preorder benefit" page) I just helped my dad apply the voucher on RM 289 dual fast wireless charger.

Did you get your unique code after register at redemption portal?

Those received the RM800 voucher, does it still need to register to activate similar as ROI to get code to redeem or straight can purchase from SOS?

Did they restock 40mm watches at the preorder benefit page in the past few days? The only time I saw them restocking 40mm is on 4 March but haven't seen any since then.
