When you're free, perhaps you can drop by her hometown as a visit? Go around her hometown a little, plan a meetup LIKE a normal friend at first after her SPM. You get a vacation + to know her much better in real life.

Wait after her SPM of course. And do inform her of the visit, plan out everything like a friend visiting another friend at another state during a vacation. You don't wanna appear like a stalker.

That's the reason for the meetup as friends first to know one another better. Use the opportunity of knowing one another to develop your relationship, not develop a relationship before knowing one another. At this point of time it's best to leave out all those surprise surprise thingie first too. Furthermore you oughta get closer to her to truly know what she likes to surprise her, right?
