Help - Netflix cant stream 4k UHD, using PC

Hi
any sifu can help? tried everything but still doesnt show 4k in my pc.... i bought 2 hdmi splitter (ugreen and vention) , i read on the net it can stripped of the HDCD protection but its not working 1) my account is premium 2) 500mbs connection i am using xiaomi tv....i contacted the netflix CS they said china tv not supported |

check your cable also, make sure it's legit minimum HDMI 1.4 cable, older or some cheapo cables won't be able to support 4K

check the bitrate after a couple of mins after starting the movie. sometime takes a while for netflix app to change the reso to the highest setting (4k).
