QUOTE(greyshadow @ Jan 7 2022, 01:54 PM) only netflix certified devices support 4K PC browser doesn't work, to get 4K on PC, make sure you're using win10 and get the Netflix app from the MS Store i using netflix app and window 10, i already follow all the instructions from netflix, wondering would it be TV model issue?

QUOTE(greyshadow @ Jan 10 2022, 08:32 AM) check your cable also, make sure it's legit minimum HDMI 1.4 cable, older or some cheapo cables won't be able to support 4K bought ugreen 2.0 hdmi cable... less than 3 meter...
