only netflix certified devices support 4K

PC browser doesn't work,

to get 4K on PC, make sure you're using win10 and get the Netflix app from the MS Store

check your cable also, make sure it's legit minimum HDMI 1.4 cable, older or some cheapo cables won't be able to support 4K

check the bitrate after a couple of mins after starting the movie. sometime takes a while for netflix app to change the reso to the highest setting (4k).
