Notice one shop using 1.5mm for extension. I use 2.5mm myself. If its smaller than your pinky finger there is not enough copper. Do not skimp and make a weak link.


1.5mm flexible cable equals to 2.5mm pvc cable? No boss.. that 1.5mm is only rated for lights. It being a 13A socket has a 2.5mm legal requirement
