Nothing to complaint. When the board hire RR as interim, it is never meant for short term. RR way require long period to implement so there is no way he can successfully implement his way in such a rush short period. So I assume the board wanted to test out whether gengenpressing going to work for Utd or not so obviously it does not fit.

But the board decision is going to cost us dearly for CL spot next season, or they anticipate it. If so, they suppose to have plan and ready for it, I hope they do. Otherwise, it will be a repeated rebuild process with no clear direction again.

Yes. The board's decision back in the Jan window to let players out but not bring anyone in was always going to be the primary factor for the season's results. No CL. No FA Cup. League position is the only thing left to play for.

maybe it will be a blessing in disguise with all these prima donna so called superstars like pogba leaving due to no CL nx season.. sign some passionate and talented lesser stars to inject some changes in the club..that's the best we can hope for.. but the club's troubles are really deep-rooted, many lousy players like McFred shouldn't even be starting for MU if they are really serious to challenge for the title.. if maguire is still the starting CB next season we gonna expect the same results again.

here's hoping we won't go 30 years without the title. things are really shit at the moment at our beloved club.

How fickle you lot are. Just a few days ago waxing lyrical about Fred against Spurs. Now he’s the Wally of the week again. There comes a time when all we gotta say is..we’re just a s**t team from top to bottom. We’ll never win anything again & will be moaning like pool fans for over 25 years. Honestly, name me a match this season that shows we deserves anything at all.

Maybe being out of Europe (completely) is the way to go. Look at Arsenal. Someone need to press that big reset button & quick.

lol... mcfred as the CDM partnership of the season definitely not working anymore... i will still rate fred higher if he is playing box to box to remain in the club... just that there is no specialize DM in our team to cover him except for matic who is too old to do anything... mctom can be squad player but not CDM! lol... last two transfer window we get zero CDM is a sign of shits coming no matter how much we buff up other dept... which already shown in this season... ppl will figure out mcfred this partnership easily if they study their games enough...

but anyhow, since RR took over, we have alot of chances and shots.... but the goal scoring ratio so low compared to ole time... i wondering wads the problem with our strikers.... haiz

Are the complaints here about the gameplay or just the results?

If you watched the game, United were decent, just conversion issue.

If it's the result, of course not what we wanted, but based on the gameplay, i can see that the team is actually playing positively.

Defensively, we are still lacking, with maguire still as bad as before but overall, the team was not as bad as the comments here made out to be.

Atleti has one of the strongest squad in europe, look at the names inside.

RR wanted to buy a CDM as top priority in Jan but was denied by the Board.

he hasn't been first choice at atleti for quite sometime. I thought he would be given a chance since he has motivation to score against us, but simeone stuck with griezmann and felix. Even Correa couldn't start...... That's how strong their team is.

i don't think of it as a curse but more on the decision making of the players. Pass instead of shoot, shoot instead of cross, cross instead of layoff, etc..

i think enough has been said about maguire, he's not cut out for top level football.
