I dont understand what is so special about Maguire. He is fxxx useless more useless than Jones and Silverstre combined

I thought Maguire was decent this game.

The worst player on the pitch was Rashford. How he lasted as long as he did was surprising. The "British core" of players look to be our biggest weakness. Sancho was pretty good today, gotta give him credit for that.

Saw at least 2 occasions (Posted it earlier in the thread) that Rashford wasn't marking his fullback and jogging around.
First was the Walker Peters cross across th face of the United goal in the first half. Then it was the Armstrong free shot.

He's not doing his defensive responsibilities.

Similar things happens to Lingard.
Good players being wasted in Manchester United.

That is why Ole deserved to be sacked, to be hated.
That is why RR shud never be permanent manager.

Never understand why fans liking him and keep criticizing only the players.
Be fair, criticize RR as well. It is him who choose the starting lineup and substitution, as well as the time to make it.

Rashford only moved upfront when McTominay was subbed for Elanga.

Before that, he was playing on the flank alternating with Sancho with only Ronaldo in the middle.
That means defensively, Rashford and Sancho needs to pick up the fullback. Sancho did. Rashford did not. First couple of times, Southampton almost scored. Then the third time he didn't track, Southampton scored. Rashford couldn't say he was tired for the goal because the teams just came out for the second half.
