In CellMapper, it will show NR SA with gNB (17xxxxx) in italics after locking to NR only If you have Network Signal Guru (root ofc) it will show NR-SA (Limited service)

DNB can just disable data flowing through 4G B28 (keep it on solely for signaling) and keep data traffic flowing through 5G n78 if they want to.
