Sharing my experience of changing screen for Iphone 13 Pro in TRX Apple store
31/12, phone hit green screen, quickly check if any appointment available in TRX, but fully booked on 1/1.
1/1, went to TRX apple store to check if walk in is available, was told walk in not possible during weekend / pub holiday. End up book 2/1 1510 slot
1/2, reached trx around 1500, staff serve pretty fast, was told it is a common issue for 13 Pro and Pro Max. Went through some diagnosis to make sure the other function works fine, then was told apple will replace the screen for free if the issue is not due to water/fall, they have this special programme. I also asked why there is no callback for this, and the staff mentioned that issue not happen in US/ worldwide, but only happen in SEA. 🙄
Picked up around promised time 1745. The phone got revived and probably can wait until 17 or 18 😆.
I would suggest if anyone hit green/ white / yellow screen for 13 Pro and Pro Max can just straight ahead go to trx apple store for replacement, before going any third party.

went to trx yesterday morning, went thru the verification process as above, and entitled to change for free
