I think u r not working in MNC coz they usually got standard pay, not easy to convince HR for that high pay.

Sigh - envy betul. I think one of my concern is that am not manager material, or at least, am currently performing better in technical tasks, than people managing, so I'm thinking my current pay has peaked, and as my age catch up to me, the only way forward is downwards.
