I think this is still lower than crypto market. But If I am not mistaken coingecko is not building their own crypto tech or coin. Coingecko is just like a SEO for crypto and they get money when new coins wana be listed in their website. Pretty genius, proud that there are like Coinmarketcap version.

Meanwhile those crypto programmer that can code new coin or do blockchain stuff can easily get paid 10-20k USD / month. OR create new coin, do rug pull or honeypot easily become multi-millionaire lol

I think u r not working in MNC coz they usually got standard pay, not easy to convince HR for that high pay.
