need help suddenly PC OFF

google chrome multi task then suddenly PC turn off totally shut down
need press turn ON PC then again open google chrome then also again suddenly PC turn off totally shut down

i have tested software prime95 for processor test and RAM Test never had PC OFF too

what problem for Windows 10 for google Chrome

to many 20x times PC off

Please help how to solve

i did go PC Shop i already show he told me don't know what problem
unable to found
he tested RAM AND PROCESSOR Test Stress 4hours never had problem

i checked windows 10 event error

most likely psu as sudden surge of power from chrome makes the psu unable to take the load
see in task manager under power consumption see if the power surge uncontrollably
try with different psu if have any spare see if that solve the prob

curios, What about other browser? Does it happen?

one other thing you can try also is system restore to a date when u didnt face this problem
see if that solve it

we use onboard GPU intel connected VGA

Seen this prob before while working on NUCs.
Couldn't hold the load for the number of CPUs.

Try one thing. Shut off 1-3 cores in your PC and try again. See whether it shuts off.

Manage to fix this on the NUC by reducing the max boost speed of the CPU.

my house old PC i7 old gen not new its most 5 years++

the problem here is not whether the psu can handle the load or not or ur memory enough or not
but what is faulty hardware or software
if hardware have to pinpoint exactly what is the culprit
if software then just restore or reformat is ur less headache option (recommended to do first so that can eliminate software side and then can focus on hardware)

i have Prime95 for testing Processor fully running all cores and RAM Fully reach 31GB never had PC OFF for test stress 15min without off PC

but google chrome over 40 tabs just 1min pc off itself and again 30sec pc off itself

Cpu usage very low but power usage very high

ur mobo is wat famous brand. see bios version & patch from official web

use CPUZ to find ur bios version, flash new version if necessary.
high risk ya. not confident then ask fren who experienced to do. becos motherboard may spoil if u cannot complete this process.

Powerful CPU, but mobo quality is somewhat on the low-end side

I don't think it should be an issue, but it's possible that a capacitor suddenly can't take the TDP load requirement
