I don't think it should be an issue, but it's possible that a capacitor suddenly can't take the TDP load requirement

First, let's assume your mobo is not the problem ....

Judging from most of the responses, your PSU may be the culprit

It's easier to replace your PSU with a better one eg Corsair RM series (try 650W or higher), or any other Gold efficiency rated PSU, as this will give you the comfort and headroom to handle that 125W TDP rated CPU

On the software side, try to use MS Edge as an alternative to Chrome, since it is more efficient on system resources ie I myself don't use Chrome anymore
